What is wrong with her edges?? they are normal … she is a full blooded African.. that is how our hair should be.. those African women with the smooth edges do you think it is natural?? Well hell to the no!! they perm it and put all types of smoothing products to make it look like white people’s hair.. Biko…

Oh shut up. Her edges are a mess. My sister has natural hair and her edges are not scanty.

She’s African abi but is wearing straight weave (AND ALWAYS DOES)??
Angela does NOTHING for African brands but just enjoys the free attention from Naijas and clothes. No one in America cares for her.

Dear clan, How much did you pay this D-list celeb to wear your clothing.

    • i no send

      September 12, 2014 at 3:31 pm

@ bruno its a gorgeous dress……lets give credit when due

    • Trina

      September 12, 2014 at 3:44 pm

@bruno so what if they paid? Every serious establishment has an advertising/marketing budget and having a known face wear your brand is a part of this.. You call her D-list but make no mistake, she has a strong followership in the younger generation. This will not go unnoticed.

But wait sef…bruno, why are you always so surly? Aside from your beef against homophobic sorts, you’re just generally an unhappy man. Cheer up nau.

I’m not hating, but the article made it look like, oh everybody wants to wear clan, every celeb in town is buying clan blah blah blah. She was paid to wear that outfit, its back door runs and publicity, maybe if the collection wasn’t crap people would genuinely want to buy and wear clan, just saying. And pls nobody knows this girl except black people who watch 106 and park

Gosh, You are so bitter. All your comments on here are so negative. I pray God helps you come out of your darkness. That is no way to live.

They obviously paid more than you could have paid an A-list nollywood celeb to promote your own brand!! Mschewwwwwww!!!

Lovely dress! Clan is killing it these days.

Question though, how come Angela Simmons always patronizes Nigerian labels like Clan, Virgos Lounge etc? Does she also run in the Nigerian-American circles, have a lot of Nigerian friends…it’s great! I’m just really curious how she knows about Ngn designers esp the “high street” ones

    • Nonsense

      September 12, 2014 at 10:28 pm

Her stylist/friend, Kanayo is a Nigerian.

Nice dress, styled properly with the shoes. Angela Simmons has a nigerian stylist and she’s friends with quite a number of Nigerians.

Angela looks super flawless in that dress. Kudos to CLAN. Lovely piece, they sure rock like mum. Guyz ignore Bruno, he is just a bitter person, some day God will touch him in HIS own special way.

Angela Simmons is a gorgeous lady but am sorry this dress is not appealing on her. It wasn’t tailored properly to fit her upper body.

Hia! how can someone say that she doesn’t look appealing in this piece huh!! Am practically drooling on how good she looks in it..kudos CLAN!!

Lily is right, the dress is a nice colour but it is sagging on the upper part of her body. They should have tailored it to fit her. And yes her stylist is Nigerian, hence exposure to Nigerian brands..
