Nigerian stylist to the starts Ugo Mozie has recently teamed with jewelry designer, Frank Wilder, for a fab new men and women’s line.
Titled the “Eagle” collection, they used a technique that combines 3D painting with traditional lost-wax casting methods to create jewelry that double as digitally native totems.
Born in Nigeria and raised in both Houston and Los Angeles, Ugo infuses his African heritage with his Southern and West Coast backgrounds to create a distinctive sense of style. Speaking on his partnership with Ugo Mozie, Wilder says – “Ugo was an early supporter of my work and I have always admired the bold yet elegant touch of his styling. It was a natural step for us to partner for the Eagle Collection.“
Describing the collection, Ugo added – “I’m incredibly excited to work with Frank Wilder and bring his unique art and talents to a larger audience. The attitude and passion of this line will revolutionize traditional jewelry making, and will merge a sense of old-meets-new with Wilder’s cutting-edge design techniques.“
