    Abuja people always look better and more fresh than lagos people. They have this ‘refined’ look around them and dress appropriate for every occasion…. Lovely people..

      If you mean “refined,” as in “dull” and boring suburban, then yes. Otherwise, sorry, but there is no comparison, Abuja has to earn its stripes. Until then, make una know and stay in your lane.
