Basira in London Premiere Shut Down London with Massive Crowd at Odeon Cinema UK

“It’s official! Odeon Cinema Greenwich UK confirms in a letter that Philippa Abraham‘s Basira in London movie premiere now holds the record for the highest turnout for a movie premiere at their prestigious venue. The massive crowd that attended the premiere have been described as unprecedented!”

The star studded event was attended by elite members of Nollywood, Industry Professionals, African Royalty and Government officials.

The hilarious comedy Basira in London stars Nollywood Award-winning Actress Eniola Badmus, Theodora Ibekwe Oyebade, Tolu Yesufu and Philippa Abraham.

Produced, Directed and Written by Philippa Chiedu Abraham, winner of BEST PRODUCER and BEST FILM at the Prestigious 7TH BEFFTA Awards UK (founded by Lady Pauline Long).

Eniola Badmus added to her long list of Awards by winning the top award of BEST ACTRESS for her role in Basira in London.

The cinema run in Africa and the United States will commence in Spring 2016.
