Hmmm so wale could not find a Nigerian traditional attire to wear to toolz wedding, he looks like the odd one out.

You’re so quick to judge; he’s clearly wearing black trad. He just rocked it differently like many other naijas. Smh

I was only stating the obvious, his attire was inappropriate for that type of event. Period ???

Na wa this wedding seems to be the wedding of the century ooooo – everybody was there. We had Obas, Nollywood celebrities, Hollywood people, Nigerian music industry power weights, bloggers, OAPS, Mogbo Mo Ya fiffle aka wedding crashers, Celebrity wannabees, the list is endless. And everybody wear Aso-Ebi except WizKid and him group.
The lady that got the contract to supply this Aso-Ebi don hammer. N50K X the multitude at the wedding=Mega bucks. Yet we’re here complaining about 2016 and difficult times. While we are doing that, some sharp fiffle are heading to the bank. I think the problem is that I am in the wrong line of business. Chi you need to wake up and change business ooooo. 2016 is looking good joor! Just change business nne.

      January 30, 2016 at 11:38 pm

Oh sorry joor. WizKid also paid N50K. Na everybody pay then.

In America you’re attire is less important what’s most important is you don’t ruin the bride and groom day who gives a rats ass what you wear. I’m American btw

I looked a little closer and Wale actually is wearing trad. The hat just threw off the look.

Wale never conforms. He dresses how he likes.

Wale just arrived Nigeria yesterday and somehow got an invite and was more qualified to be there than the Olumofin brothers?
Seems to me like he also ‘mogbo- moya’ ed with his friend Wizkid to the party.
So apparently you can do mogbo-moya, just be an International artiste. i=It doesn’t matter if we are friends or not. Lol
    It is well o.

Or maybe he’s dressed like that because he came straight from the airport ni? ??
Reminds me of a cousin in his late 30s o, who lives in the UK and attends all family functions in Nigeria dressed the exact same way looking like a thug. And when older relatives ask him why he’s dressed that way, he always says something silly like; “I just got back last night”
Even if he came in that morning, why couldn’t he travel dressed in a business casual attire. Annoying Agbaya.

    January 31, 2016 at 7:24 am

wow, I thought it was old people that cared about all this conformity in appearance and stuff. So my people also police aso ebi compliance lol. Why? Who cares what people wear on their heads or bodies? I’m listening.

    • Oh please

      January 31, 2016 at 11:39 am

Lmao but this is the first wedding Wale has attended in Lagos (that we’re aware of anyway) and he came when it was time to party/practically over. So HOW is that a problem??? Not like he came dressed up like the groom with paparazzi and a walking stick. Plus I’m pretty sure he is not interested in climbing any ladder.

It’s evident relatives of those brothers or even they themselves are the ones catching feelings here LMAOOOOOOOO

People are really bitter, loool. There’s nothing wrong with what he’s wearing. Not everyone must look gingered, lol. People complaining about his shoes are acting as if they haven’t seen music videos of naija artists that wear agbada with “canvas”

LOL! That’s what I thought too. Wale also did “mo gbo mo branch” to this wedding. I doubt Wizkid (or whoever he came with) informed the couple before hand that he/she was bringing Wale as a guest yet see how he was even largessing :’) 😀

But seriously who hasn’t done “mo gbo mo ya” before? When you attend a wedding or event because your friend or someone you know who was attending asked you to come along, even if briefly, that too is “mo gbo mo ya”. It’s not that serious and it is not a Nigerian thing.
