What an achievement. Hope she knows the spiritual implications with all this old village people. I pass in peace!

There are no spiritual implications. And yes, its an achievement, a big good one at that.

Titles go way back in history, if you read the deuterocanonical books in the holy bible, you see persons given titles as a result of their accomplishments – mind you this was way back before Jesus was born. There are so many titled men/women today in the United Kingdom and several other monarchy kingdoms around the world. So pray tell me why a chieftancy title in Africa, or perhaps Anambra should be the one with ‘spiritual implications’?

We should learn to promote our good cultures and stop attaching unnecessary negativity to them

I hope she doesn’t get up to 40years to realize the implications of these things..Good for her if her family likes this sort of thing.

@suga, there is no spiritual implications, it is just title

What accomplishment?? As my people say, o jere na ogbo echie ya oka nwanyi mara mma. Basically in a gathering of her peers, she came out the best. We believe in encouraging achievement in all spheres. Why we’re so successful in every area.

Great! Proud of her. #QCOG However, I think BN should do more detailed stories. they should have gone a step further to relate the highlights of what was done at the ceremony. at least, that way, people won’t make assumptions as to the supposed reason she was given the title.

BN did a fine job here.. She was crown a chief in her hometown for achieving the feat of winning MBGN 2015. Its a beauty title – ugo=eagle, nma=beauty.
