I spoke to Buhari and “he was in good spirits” – Bukola Saraki

Senate President, Bukola Saraki has said that he spoke to President Muhammadu Buhari last night and he was in “good spirits”.

Saraki made this known in a Twitter post Wednesday night:

This is coming after President Buhari’s sister, Rakiya Adamu said that she is communicating with the nation’s leader everyday.

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, while speaking to State House correspondents on Monday, said that he spoke to President Buhari that afternoon on the state of the nation and the #IStandWithNigera protests.

Enough of these I spoke/chat/tweet/face-time/Skype with PMB… He ain’t coming back anytime soon. Bukola and Yemi, destiny has smiled on Yorubas again, pls seize this opportunity ASAP and take back our country. Just in case, you & Yemi do not want, I advise both of you to step aside for our Bros, Ike (your deputy) and PDP to take over. Life presents us with a lot of opportunities, it is left for us to identify them o…. Nigerians stop complaining and waiting for 2019, the right time is now o…..

“Just in case, you & Yemi do not want?”

Why won’t they want? Why won’t Osinbajo want? This was BAT’s plan all along.

Saraki has been waiting all his life for this kind of opportunity. If we are to believe the rumour that a group wants Osinbajo to step aside and let Saraki take over so he fulfils the “Northern” slot for the next two years.

Let’s see how this issue pans out. Remember BAT is somewhere smiling.

      Over to the constitution…

What’s so hard about a leader communicating with the citizens ??? Why hide his ailment if it isn’t a terminal one. Nigeria and intrigues

I don’t think Buhari is dead, maybe he is indeed sick. But, these people think we’re all fools. “And joked about my working late into the night, as usual.” ? I wish I could give both of them a dirty slap. What is this nonesense?!

I feel you Mr A. Bukola want us to know he is a workaholic, people that talk like that are the first to close from office as soon as it is 4pm or whatever time the senate closes their business for the day.Staying late ,and the senate is still the way it is.The senate is just milking the country what are they really doing?Their debate is very boring and what they care about is their welfare and not the well-being of people they claimed to represent.Do they really follow-up on matters they talked about? They should take a cue from what happens daily in the house of commons. Each time i watch the MP deliberate, you see members with passion and love for people they are representing.
We have so many bad roads in our various constituencies and all the monies collected as constituencies project fund one continue to wander where it is being channel to?They left everything to local government and state forgetting that they can also contribute.Like in my constituency, the people that lived there put money together to construct road, gutters, hire vigilantes and even bought transformer.Nigerians do not feel the impact of Govt anymore. Are we suppose to provide public goods for ourselves?Sometimes i ask where are all the monies collected from us as tax where are they going?I have said it before and i shall continue to say it, that i have lost hope in the Nigeria project and i don’t know which leader can raise by confidence.

So Buhari would rather speak to a couple of people than to address the country? This was how they played poker with us when Yar’adua was ill till well after he passed on. Pity we always end up with irresponsible people in government.

Good spirits ke? Nigerians are enduring bad spirits who cares about his good spirited condition? How does that do anything for us?
