The Corporate Communication Awards (CCAs) was created because Communications professionals are not adequately acknowledged in this part of the world. According to one of the organizers, Tampiri Irimagha-Akemu, “Against all odds, the Nigerian Public Relations industry has grown tremendously over the last few years and it is imperative that we have awards made by us and for us.’’
“We are particularly elated about the CCAs because it will reward and motivate professionals that have worked diligently to add value to brands and organizations. The CCAs will not only highlight excellent professionals, it will also improve best practices in PR and Corporate Communications Industry.”
