Okafor’s Law premiere which held yesterday, March 24th, 2017 had a 3 part event – Cocktail, Movie Screening and an After Party.

The cocktail was ongoing when a court injunction was served that the movie cannot be screened. Many had thought that would be the end of the beautiful night and truth be told, Omoni Oboli and Film House who are parties in the injunction were initially shaken but after a brief hiatus the party went on as planned without the movie screening.

Ufuoma Mcdermott, Uche Jombo-Rodriguez, Chioma Akpotha, Ik Ogbonna, Iyabo Ojo, Gbenro Ajibade and more were in attendence.

So Nigeria actually has laws? The judge actually signed the injuction just at the nick of time
I hope it all ends well for everyone involved…….I wonder why these accusations keep coming up though.Same thing happened for the Mrs Elliot movie

I am proud of the judiciary system of Nigeria. We just have to have more faith. Producers are wicked and feel they can do whatever they like and use people without paying. Very good i am very happy. Omoni steals too much it is painful. The man who wrote the script is a human being

Nice outfit by the cast. Mary Lazarus! You gave birth to Jesus and Jesus has to raise your brother Lazarus from death! Where are you from? Nigeria or Bethlehem.? Please Let’s be proud of our culture. Do Israelites bear Ikechukwu, Anike etc? It’s only in Nigeria you hear names like John Joseph, Jude Philips. Abeg! Abeg! Abeg!

@Yesola, You’re very stupid to talk about Jesus Christ like that. I am sure your brothers and sisters in Nigeria bear names like Muhammed Abdul, Isa Lateef, Ali Mohammed, Aisha Maymunah etc. Are you from Arab world? Why are you not proud of your indigenous names? Did you give birth to Muhammed? Why are you all worshiping arab god? Your arab masters brought Islam to Nigeria. Continue to worship their god slaves.

Do Saudi Arabian people bear names like Adeola, Gbenga? Why are your brothers and sisters in Nigeria continue to bear arab names like Aisha, Mohammed, Ali, Maymunah? “Pot Calling the Kettle Black”
