Popular Nigerian Chef Benedict Okuzu will facilitate a Masterclass at the 2018 GTBank Food and Drink Fair where he will treat attendees to classic Italian culinary experiences. A custodian of Italian cuisine, Chef Benedict is an alumnus of two prestigious Italian institutions: Le Cordon Bleu Firenze (Scuolad’arte Culinaria Italiana), and Carpigiani Gelato University, Bologna.
Having grown up in the ancient city of Florence, Chef Benedict’s career as a Chef began in 2013. Since then, he has built a reputation for his extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and ability to replicate and elevate classic Italian dishes using produce from local farmers.
