“Alakada” is Being Made into a Sitcom

Good things have been happening on Nigerian TV, and it looks like more good things are coming.

It’s been almost 9 years since Toyin Abraham graced our screens as the hilarious Yetunde Animashaun who embodies the saying, Fake it till you make it.

We got “Alakada Reloaded” in 2017, and we can now say for sure that those who thought it was all over were absolutely wrong.

Toyin Abraham shared on her Instagram that “Alakada: The Sitcom” will be gracing our screens “in a bit.” There’s even an Instagram account for us to keep updated.

The series currently has 26 episodes and was written by Olukayode Aderibigbe and Adekunle Salawu, and was created and produced by Toyin Abraham.
