Tosin Ibitoye’s Short Film “Blast” Proves We Can Fall in Love in the Weirdest Places | WATCH

Every year since 2017, Accelerate TV, through the Accelerate Filmmaker Project, trains, empowers and gives young filmmakers a platform to actualise their dreams. This year’s edition produced five talents; Alfa Farouk, Tosin Ibitoye, Olabisi Akinbinu, Adetola Films and Miriam Dera.

Tosin Ibitoye’s “Blast” is the first film from the 2019 top five finalists. The hilarious short film is all about two co-workers who have unspoken romantic feelings for each other, but it would take getting trapped in the ladies’ toilet for them to finally express their feelings to each other.

The movie stars, Tosin Ibitoye, Elma Mbadiwe, Mike Afolarin, Gbemi Akinlade.
