Anyway, I like this guy and I don’t know the real girst with Mo’Hits. However, I hope he is not completely leaving where he started from. There is no place like home. America is a very difficult and fickle market and you should always have a back up plan (I believe he should have one). Just because you have a hit or a bunch of them does not mean you are secure. You have to keep your name in the limelight for as long as you want to have a successful career. He should not completely change his sound. Give those people what they have not heard before. I wish him all the best! He and Jazzy were monsters together.

The Nigerian flavour is what is missing and has been replaced by american flavour instead. Goodluck to D’Banj because he is going to need it. I listen to Nigerian/African artists because of the unique Nigerian/African flavour. The minute our Nigerian artistes are turned into american wannabe artists, I will stop listening to their music. I hate american music and I hate the idea that D’Banj signed with an american record lebel where he will no longer be free to do the kind of music he wants to do but rather has to dance to the tune and dictates of american record executives. Lastly, most artists signed to american record labels end up depressed and start doing drugs and can’t sleep. Probably because they are tormented by the wicked one and they never get to retire from the industry. The only way they get to retire is by dying mysteriously. I sorry for D’Banj. I have been a fan of DBanj since his Mobolowon days. It is great to see him grow as an artist. The video is quite nice – the dancers were great. I hope as he gains international stardom, he does not forget his own people because when all is said and done, his people that backed him from the beginning are the ones he will count on. International fame can be zapped in a minute and the competition is tough. Best of luck to him.

I find it sad, that we african in general think that success is always associated with the western culture, or with the way the western culture dictates things to be. In as much as I understand the business move behind it, I am beginning to see that Dbanj himself is losing it big time. The reason why i began to like to Dbanj is because eventhough he is not a great singer, he entertains! The comment box is meant for comments so i shall comment. This video in my opinion didn’t live up to standard. I expected something better than others, being that it was produced by a international record label. The most distasteful aspect of the video is the reverend sister or proclaimed statue of Marry, It was unnecessary and I know i am not speaking for myself when i say i am so disappointed in Dapo for allowing that.
