Hi BellaStylistas, It’s Mary Edoro here!

I’m very happy that after a year’s break (due to the pandemic) Lagos Fashion Week is back!

All through the excitement of  Lagos Fashion Week 2021, we will be bringing you all the best coverage. As usual, you can count on us for the best angles from the RunwayStreet StyleBackstageFashion Parties – EVERYTHING!

We will have a companion on this journey and it’s the TECNO Camon 18 Premier! We chose the Camon 18 Premier for our Lagos Fashion Week 2021 coverage because Fashion week usually moves at such a quick pace, and it was just the greatest method to capture all of the excitement.

Why not? The phone comes with triple ultra-clear and steady cameras plus a Stabilized Gimbal feature which adds that professional touch to videos.  With 256GB ROM and 8GB RAM, we have no fear of running out of memory space.

Last night, Adebayo Oke-Lawal hosted an exclusive presentation for his brand’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection at the Wings Tower, Victoria Island with an exclusive network of designers, models, editors, and more from Nigeria and beyond in attendance.

The Orange Culture Spring/Summer 2021 collection is tagged “The Peacock Riot; A symbiotic balance between the crazy and the calm.” As the show opened with a recording from the #EndSARS protest in 2020, we could see how Bayo’s incredible talent with the way he corporated colour, texture, and patterns, bringing to the foreground the different groups of people that rallied together to fight for arguably the most important cause of 2020.

From the statement hairstyles to the vibrant pieces, as well as an inclusive lineup of models – the show was the perfect way to kick start Lagos Fashion Week activities. See the full runway show here.

Musicians Falana and LOJAY closed the show with vibrant presentations that even got the fashion crowd dancing and vibing to the good music.
