Not many people realise that their own personalities also need ‘branding’ much like a company does with a product / service. Like Robert Greene wrote, “Reputation is everything — guard it with your life!” [www.LiveSpeech.org]

Wondering why the organisations founded by the first two speakers have question marks after them, in the invitation? It’s the sort of thing one would include in a draft document that is going to someone else for comments/amendments! It doesn’t look good from a “branding” perspective.

It’s a terrific idea and in our ever busy, highly exposed and internet driven world, branding is key. Businesses that care about their reputation and image are using consultants to ensure their image is in line with their mission and message. Individuals in the public eye or those who work with the general public could benefit from it as well. Branding; both personal and business, is an important and growing trend here in the US. Great idea!

I agree, it’s become a necessity as the world is now a global village and the competition is fierce. You have to use everything you can to stay ahead!

If I had the bucks I’d definitely attend. But then it’s for managers, supervisors and people like that. They can pay the money. I’m just a youth corper!

My GOD!! 75,000 for a 5-hour lecture???? Why? Is it because of the expensive venue hotel or because of the lunch buffet? What beats me is that there are people who will still attend, coughing out that kind of money. It’s only going to be a series of lectures (not a practical thing). Better find a good book or two with 5k and save myself 70,000. With the remaining, I can surely treat myself to a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet even at the same hotel and even have some change!!!

The trouble with us in this part of the world is that we create an unnecessary class. The people who should benefit from this sort of seminar are never going to be able to afford it. I heard about this program on classic FM and promised I was going to check it out cause I really would love to attend. But for 75000 grand I can’t afford it and not only that the cost is too high.
