UK Based charity organization committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children in Nigeria through education –  Path to Possibilities (P2P)  is organizing a 5 Km and 10 Km charity run tagged Race for Change on Saturday 30th June 2012 at Trent Park, London, UK.

Race for Change will kick off at 11 AM and the P2P is calling on 100 fun seeking individuals to sign up for their race to educate more children. It’s going to be a party in the park with Afro beats, African food and drinks for runners, including snacks for those who come to watch and the best thing of all is that this party is for a good cause. Every penny raised will go towards the education of talented but underprivileged children.

P2P is hoping to raise enough money to fund the education of four children, build two libraries and share best teaching practices with state funded schools. Titilola Bello (Founder, Path to Possibilities) said  “We believe that education beats poverty and we want everyone who believes in Nigeria’s future to sign up and show London that we are part of the change”.

To help educate a child, sign up today for their newsletters by logging on to their website – www.PathToPossibilities.co.uk or by sending an E-mail to [email protected], saying “I want to educate a child” and the registration will be done for you. All runners should please come dressed in their Ankara pieces or any funny costume of their choice. The best costume to cross the finish line will win a price.
