Congratulations to Scandal actress Kerry Washington and her Nigerian-American ex-NFL husband Nnamdi Asomugha on the birth of their baby girl.

The couple have named their daughter Isabelle Amarachi.

The very, very, private actress actually gave birth on Monday 21st April 2014 in Los Angeles.

A source reveals to People.com that “Kerry is at home busy with the baby”.

It is the first child for the couple who secretly tied the knot in July 2013.
