Your comment is uncalled for… As a parent, he is always there to support her, despite the fact that he is incredibly wealthy… i admire the way her parents are very into their daughter’s dj career, which is exactly what she needs right now. I know a lot of Nigerian parents who wouldn’t dare their daughters to become DJ’s let alone release a mixtape. She has formed a niche for herself and God will see her through it. Thank you

i like that her dad follows her everywhere, unlike some dads who’ll just give you money and “today i’m in abuja, tomorrow i’m in dubai” type of fathers. her outfit looks weird though.

Frostycake, a parent should never be tired. It is called being a parent. If he wasnt a billionaire i bet u wont say he should stop following her everywhere. The fact that he is rich and famous does not mean he is exempt from daddy duties. She always needs him there as her dad and not cos he is rich and famous. When you become a parent u will understand. This is a big day for her. Say congrats and move on.

She looked lovely! I love her girly glam, most female DJs tend to dress a little bit androgynous.

Lol! Dabota Lawson almost outshone Cuppy at this event. At some point I thought it was Dabota’s event. Lovely dress though but too much for the event.

Pls is this lady a DJ or a minister? This is conflict of interest. Personally, it makes d ministerial position look like a joke.

What ministerial post? You got it wrong.

You can have more than one career path. This is how people get rich. They have a ‘job’ and their investments, hobbies, interests, businesses etc that produce income for them. It is not a conflict of interest. Learn from it

Wow! I love supportive parent. He didn’t insist she manages one of his numerous businesses. That’s a credit. Btw, her dress is lovely. She’s got a good and modest taste. Congrats girl!

Her outfit is gorgeous. She’s doing something that was once almost seen as a taboo; being a mainstream female DJ in Nigeria. She has a very bright future and it’s great to see that amount of support she gets from her family.

I’m jealous of the tight dad-daughter support. Notwithstanding, I must say, hope he’s not attaching so as to endorse the daughter better?#just sayin*

    • Rock

      August 11, 2014 at 10:32 am

Who would you rather he endorsed? You? She’s his daughter for Christ sake, he should do any and everything to aid her growth. That’s what being a parent is all about.

Nice to see her father always supporting her.

  18. Christy

    August 11, 2014 at 5:05 pm

Please let her be! I can’t help but laugh so a parent is not allowed to support their child? He is a proud Dad, she graduated and is pursuing her dream as a DJ at the same time! Whether rich or not you can tell she’s hardworking not just sitting back and spending Daddy’s money.

How good is she anyway. I’d be damned to find out that her hype is fleeting because she’s an otedola.
