So we stumbled on this clip on Youtube and we just had to share.

Social media has become so important in our day-to-day lives but for some people it really goes over the top, and a result of social media most people lose human contact.

In this spoken word piece, ‘Can we autocorrect humanity?’ Prince Ea talks about why the world should not let technology and social media have all the control. He says ‘You need not delete your social networks or destroy your cell phones, the message is simple, be balanced, be mindful, be present, be here. :)’

The video, posted in September 2014, has almost 10 million views.

Check on it.

There is indeed a lot of over sharing. Personal details become public details. At events 95% of the people are staring at their smartphones.

    Oh Wow!
    I got emotional.
Who is this guy?? I’m in love! Was going to ask for his twitter handle or something, but he’ll be disappointed in me, lol.
    Love it!
My phone was stolen yesterday. I was so mad initially because of all the memories and information I had in there. But I decided to breathe. I am rich enough to be stolen from, not the one doing the stealing. Another reason to smile.
    Still sad about our society

    I can’t stop watching this.
I’m close to tears, but the tears have refused to flow. That’s stronger than real tears you know.
