Folake Coker, who transitioned from a petroleum lawyer to one of Nigeria’s foremost designers, discusses the inspiration behind Tiffany Amber, and its diffusion lines – ‘Folake Coker’ and ‘TAN by Tiffany Amber’.

On the show she also gives candid inspirational advice to young designers on how to run a successful fashion label in Africa.

Creative director Mai Atafo explains what his job entails and where he learned to be so well versed in branding.

Both Nigerian creative also speak on broader issues facing the industry including barriers to making luxury goods, the future of the industry and how to create legacies to revival renowned houses such as Chanel, Gucci and Versace.

    That set design though… the trunk is too overpowering for the set layout.

    Totally agree step77, too much going on with the set. Its distracting.
