Nigeria’s Super Eagles will miss AFCON 2017 after 2nd Leg Egypt Loss

The Super Eagles have failed to qualify for the 2017 edition of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) after losing by a lone goal to the Pharaohs of Egypt today in Alexandria.

Nigeria’s senior team had drawn the first leg in Kaduna after a late equalizer by Egypt. The result today means they will not be at AFCON 2017.
