Afro-European Label Ayo Van Elmar officially launches its Fashion Café – Funke Akindele Bello, Ufuoma McDermott, Toni Tones, DJ Spinall were at the Exclusive Event | Photos

Following the unveiling of the celebrated Nigerian actress Funke Akindele popularly known as Jenifa as its new face, contemporary Afro-European label; Ayo Van Elmar hosted an exclusive launch party for her new Fashion Café and SS17 collections; Delirium and Desert Blue on Monday, the 12^th of Dec, 2016.

This prestigious event took place at the AVE Fashion Café, Lagos Oriental Hotel and was well attended by media personalities such as DJ Spinall, Funke Akindele, Kate Henshaw, Ufuoma McDermott, Isio Wanogbo, Onah Nwachukwu, Toni Tones, Ezinne “Zinkata” Chinkata, Michelle Dede, Ariyike Akinbobola, Sharon Ojong, Oge Agu, Damie Idowu, Eviwestwick, Latasha Ngwube, and many more.

Highlights from the event included special live performances by Ayo Awosika, Isaac Gerald, Mary Akpa was just what the crowd needed to light up their night and get their singing game on.

The guests enjoyed sweet sparkling wine from the fashion oriented Scavi & Ray ranges of frizzantes, dessert waffles and ice cream by Nikita Waffles, and special goody bags sponsored by Inner Beautee.

House of Tara gracefully dolled up the dancing models, who presented the collections.

Drinks were sponsors by Ciroc and Baileys as DJ Java saturated the event with a bubbly and merry mix of African inspired house music.
