Yomi Shogunle, head of the Police Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit, while reacting to an issue of harassment suffered in the hands of the Nigerian police by a customer for making videos of food, has said it is unhealthy for people to record videos of food.
Blogger, Unilag Olodo, had visited Mega Chicken in Ikota to get food, and he made a Snapchat video of the food on display.
Asked by the security men to delete the video, he refused, and the police was called.
The Policemen attempted taking his phone by force, and when they succeeded, they tried to delete the video.
He posted the video on his social media accounts, and it quickly gained traction.
Yomi Shogunle reacted to the video, asking if the policemen were really policemen. He wrote:
Are those uniform guys in Mega Chicken video policemen ni? Wrong to enter an eatery & start taking photos/videos of their food!

This one has leaking mouth syndrome.
Please what nonsense is this one saying? Please what germs or bacteria was his camera flash releasing to the food covered through glass? The foolishness in this country is mind boggling
They’re just hungry lool!!!
In my own opinion. I feel it’s wrong though to take a picture of the whole food restricted with the glass…..he could have done that discreetly or snap just his own purchase.. I will feel offended if I was on queue to purchase a meal or two.
I’m confused, what are you offended by? The light of the flash on your food?
Good heavens!! This man again?! do you know the meaning of Unhygienic?
Though no germs or whatever has been placed on the food item, but looking at it from the both angle, the mopol were wrong, and i only agree to this because the customer said no warnings were posted against the use of phones in the premises. As for the customer, the place is public, accepted! but they are other people there and it is somehow annoying to watch someone snapping stuffs you probably wanna buy ??? (my opinion though)
Mr Oga Policemen is very correct.
Don’t you know that the rays from the camera will transmit neurons that will effectively and rapidly increase cancer producing cells within the body.
Also the picture can transmit millions of bacteria and germs with one click, very unhygienic something.
*won ti gba penalty with some people’s brains sha
Your wordplay is amazing,as in you had me in stitches from the beginning ‘mr Oga Policeman???,epppp me
I thought you were serious at first, seems mouth open like dog own.
Nigeria is degenerating little by little

Oga Yomi Shogunle, please where is your medulla oblongata,, that means your BRAIN?
Please take the resturant owner and the police officers to court for abuse, battary, assult. Nigerian should learn how to be serious, everything is not a joke. The man has been traumatized and abused by so called police and resturant staff.
