Jennifer Hudson loses Child Custody Battle against Ex David Otunga - BellaNaijaJennifer Hudson and her ex-fiance, pro-wrestler David Otunga have reached a temporary custody agreement for their son David Jr, TMZ reports.

Otunga will have custody of the 8-year-old child for majority of the time, a source told TMZ, as Hudson will be traveling for work.

Hudson has also dropped an order of protection she filed against Otunga earlier in the month, and the two have agreed Otunga will be the primary custodial parent of David Jr.

    Her lies will bite her in the a**, she was cheating and then tried to discredit the father to get custody. Hope he gets permanent custody.

    Did she forget that David is a lawyer? He knows the system very well and how women tend to manipulate to get the system on their side. Jennifer, you lost a good one.

      A Harvard educated one at that. Like becca above said, she got caught cheating and then tried to destroy the guy. He has been the child’s primary care taker all his life and all of a sudden he became a danger. I knew any Judge would see right through that BS
