Munaluchi Bride Magazine is a bit of an obsession for us on the BellaNaija Weddings team. The exquisitely curated mix of real weddings, bridal inspiration, tips and many more must-haves for brides and grooms is impossible to resist. Their website www.munaluchibridal.com is a fabulous resource and the Spring/Summer 2013 edition of the magazine will be out very soon and BN Weddings just had to bring you a sneak peek.
Here is what Munaluchi Magazine editor Jacqueline Nwobu told us about the new issue!
I’m so excited to share our new Spring/Summer 2013 cover and editorial shoot with you. The shoot was themed as a luxury elopement at the gorgeous Sunstone Winery and VIlla located in California. The shoot was photographed by the extremely talented Elizabeth Messina.
The timing of this release is especially exciting because it’s right on the week of our three year anniversary! When I started this magazine in 2010, it was simply to provide a source of inspiration for women of color…to provide stylish and well-curated inspiration for brides-to-be and wedding enthusiasts of diverse and multi-cultural backgrounds. And since then, it has flourished into so much more. I hope you are all inspired!
We are so in love with the cover shoot. The dresses by Claire Pettibone, Ines di Santo and Monique Lhuillier set against the romantic rustic backdrop of the winery and let’s not forget the stunning flower-themed accessories (and cake). Swoon! Check it out below.

Angelic!
Dont get the name of the magazine… a mouthful and not Pan-Nigerian enough..
I agree with the sister who’s the “white chick” or other on your cover. Just when I found a magazine I could relate to then you jump just like other media and magazines. I not buying your magazine anymore. It is so sad how people of color treat each other especially towards women. And to add insult you featured a black brother embracing a white woman.Tell the sister who called us airhead s she’ll never know how deep it is for brothers to embrace “others.
