Complete Fashion writes:

‘In this issue, we have on the cover one of the most revered personalities of our time, the captivating and phenomenal Nike Oshinowo. 25years in the public eye and always almost known and referred to as the Beauty queen. But there is more to Nike Oshinowo than just being the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria. 24 other contestants have won since her reign but none has remained as relevant as she has -from offering style tips to the nation via Silverbird television to perfumes to exercise videos, Nike has always remained and still is a force to reckon with. Now a doting mother (she talks about her twins with such joy, its infectious), and a talk show host aired on AIT, Late Night with Nike Oshinowo, there is no stopping this woman. To capture her true essence, we took her to the seaside – Eleko beach in Epe wearing only Tiffany Amber designs to see a different side of Nike Oshinowo – the free spirited one, the one not afraid to show her flaws and imperfections as she ages gracefully. We hope you’ll love what we have created with this style icon.

For the male side, we’ve gone for another ageless beauty, a self-proclaimed Ninja, one of the most respected artistes in the Nigerian music industry who has been in the industry for over 14 years making great sounds. Sounds of the future blended with the present and a bit of the past. Someone who over the years has remained equally relevant in a business that is said to be fickle. The artiste known as Sound Sultan has consistently reinvented himself wearing many caps – actor, musician, brand ambassador, avid basketball player, businessman, movie producer and many more. Meeting Sound Sultan is like meeting one of the music gods. To capture his heart, we took him to a very natural environment, appealed to his quirkiness and inner warrior spirit for having been able to withstood time against all odds. We had so much fun shooting him, ever so amiable with dimples. Even during the difficult shoot tasks when it came to tree climbing and swamp hopping in a place with snakes, crocodiles and monkeys, the athletic gentleman met all our needs.’

What type of nonsense covers are these?

The female has such a forced fake smile and for real is that’s the best they could do for the male cover? Put kiddy paint on artist and cover him with a piece of cloth?

Complete Fashion used to be one of the best magazines and this is the best they can do now.

Abeg please quickly sack the stylist and the editor who okayed this nonsense.
