Well done Yemi, hard working and energetic! The gathering was of powerful women too, kudos. So is this a music, fashion or collection of poems?

@ Marie A lot God bless U for that comment on the Cape & same applies to “CROP TOPS”.. Abeg enough of that mess especially to those with beer belly ( big muffin top).. Nigerians like to follow trendy things but DON’T know how to move on from it smh..Even those that started if is on d next LN already. @ Yemi Alade & Zainab can’t do no wrong in my eyes.

LOL. You’d think Bolanle was performing for the night. That outfit is way over the top, and too much of a Janelle Monae copy cat.
Zina Anumudu, Vonne Vixen, and Yemi Alade killed the cape look!
Meanwhile, what’s been up with Osas’s look of late? She’s been looking below average with her looks lately tbh.

I figure she might have a bun in the oven… lol, her peplum top is quite loose around the waist and we all know the babe loves cling-body clothes more often than not

…but the theme is capes now, and honestly I don’t know why folks are knocking Osas and Denola. Osas looks like she skipped the theme cos of her outfit to the pageant and Denola just seems to enjoy fashion, he looks very well dressed and very dapper if I say so myself. Why are Nigerians so mean, that’s how there were a whole bunch of comments knocking the first photos of the event, “why can’t we all just get along”, where is the love, was there really ever any love?

Congrats Yemi! Good move! Most of the guests look beautiful!:-) BUT! This cape thing is beginning to get on my nerves because of how some people are abusing this trend! What is it?? Haba! You wear it by force and end up looking like aba made batman arghhh! By the way, I don’t know about “full” of powerful people like someone mentioned, the only powerful person I see there is Florence Ita Giwa. Maybe Toke and Yemi. The rest no pleaseee

Don’t get it. You do a launch party for a jewelry collection and don’t make the jewelry front and center in all your PR efforts? Lots of photos of guests and food but the jewelry nko? Sister, how do you expect to sell the market after you have spent all this money doing launch party? Na Toke Makinwa go buy all the jewelry?

Must have missed reading a important section. Where is the aid that was launched? Was it a clothes collection? Blinds collection based on what beautifully dressed toke was pointing to? Home decor?? Extremely poor reporting. If Yemi paid to get coverage for her goods, this is a nail bitter. Publish my comment

Please is this individual called Denola Grey a lady or a gentleman? does she/he wear makeup? i am confused!!! What does he do?

    • Marc Francis of Chelsea

      November 7, 2015 at 5:12 pm

How does he look like a lady in that outfit? Because his trousers are pink? Nigerians and our foolish obsession with effeminising colour. So is any woman that wears blue a man? He’s not wearing makeup and it is not his fault he is finer than you, a woman. Deal with your personal issues and stop attacking the boy because you are ugly.

    • Tari

      November 7, 2015 at 8:15 pm

      Stop developing heart burns unnecessarily.
I agree that the colour feminization is wrong but the lad sure does wear make up. Stop defending what you do not know. Abi contouring no be make up?

    • kemi

      November 7, 2015 at 8:20 pm

come here boo! Let me help you remove that tampon!!! Your words are ugly and i am sure you are as well!!! I asked a simple question and you attack me like that? I am sure you are the Denola guy! Let me break it down, you look and sound weird!!! Get over yourself!!!

    • Marc Francis of Chelsea

      November 8, 2015 at 6:40 am

      Nope. Not Denola.

You are not sure he’s wearing makeup yet you’re ready to attack and call him she? Lol @ get the tampon out. Would it be a horrible thing if I was a female? You’re part of a system that has demeaned women in terms of “stop acting like a girl” and “be a man”, Honey I’ll be whatever I want to be and I will boldly tell you to STFU. Stop attacking what you don’t know.

    Like seriously?
Ifan, I am still trying to get my head around how you are a stylist. There is something off about your looks, your posture and even the aura you exude in pics. Maybe the red carpet is not for you. Just maybe.
Denola, I know you are a young kid but if you have to hang out with grown ups you might have to reconsider this your rolled up pants.

I actually like Zina’s fashion style and her smile is a winner any day.

Well done to Yemi on her hustle.
