Young Thug acknowledges VMA win with Hilarious Thank You Message

American rapper Jeffrey Lamar Williams popularly known as Young Thug was the winner in the “Best Editing” category at the just concluded 2017 MTV VMAs. However, he was not aware he won the award as he did not attend the event.

His “Wyclef Jean” video was up against Future‘s “Mask Off“, The Chainsmokers “Closer“, The Weeknd‘s “Reminder” and Lorde‘s “Green Light“.

On getting his award, he put up a photo of it on his Instagram page and captioned it:

I MUST THANK GOD FIRST???
I wanna thank my dad for nutting in my mom, and I wanna thank my mom for carrying and hav’N me ?

Well, he did thank God first. Very Key! ?
