‘Is it so hard 2 see black & blue?’ Salvation Army Uses #TheDress for a Powerful PSA against Domestic Violence

While a lot of people have created meme’s out of the famous black & blue (white & gold) dress, the Salvation Army has used the concept of the dress to create a powerful message.

The Salvation Army created a PSA using a white and gold version of the dress being worn by a woman covered in black and blue bruises.

The photo, shared on Twitter, was captioned “Is it so hard 2 see black & blue? 1 in 6 women are victims. #StopAbuseAgainstWomen”.
