Nigerian menswear brand OUCH has extended their reach to womenswear with the introduction of OUCH Woman. To herald the launch of the new line, OUCH has chosen 3 young Nigerian women as brand ambassadors – Yolanda Okereke, Dabota Lawson & Munachi Abii.
Here is what OUCH CEO Uche Nnaji had to say about the new line and brand ambassadors.
OUCH w o m a n is for the ouchrageously beautiful woman; the stylish individual who understands that the only limits she has are the ones she places on herself. She is sensual as she is strong; and she can handle the limelight as much as she enjoys her private life. Now OUCH brings you the first innings of a full female line, “we are opening the line with beautifully crafted female blazers in a variety of styles and colours. To cater for a wide range of size and body types, we made blazers from size 6 – 16”
Yolanda Okereke – Celebrity Fashion Stylist & Fashion Columnist
Yolanda is one of Nigeria’s foremost stylists. Nominated for Stylist of the year at ELOY, her in-depth knowledge of what flatters the Nigerian woman has made her thoughts on fashion the bible on style for her enviable clientele that make up most Nollywood’s celebrity A list.
Dabota Lawson – Actress & Miss Nigeria UK 2010
Dabota is the beautiful leggy former beauty queen and model. She won the award for Best Int’l Beauty Queen at the Lagos Youth Resource Center amongst several. The River state indigene is fast gaining ground as a Nollywood personality; she has six movies under her belt including a pan African production, shot in Sierra Leone.
Munachi Abii - Hip Hop Artiste & Most Beautiful Girl 2007
Muna needs little introduction. Arguably the most renowned MBGN winner after Agbani Darego, the beautiful MC that bears the appellation ‘body of a goddess, mind of a hustler’ has since established herself as one of Nigerian entertainment biggest personalities.

Tacky outfits……
very
The only one who smiled all through was Dabota Lawson (her smile made the pics look a lil bright)
Yeah, she is beautiful too…..
She’s a stunner! Makes the other two look like her poor cousins.
Dabota Lawson is a true beauty, suprising that I’m just hearing about her…Muna leg is hot,but I don’t understand her face..
Beautiful babes.
personally, i don’t think I’d buy any of those outfits
NO!
Lmao
These are normal clothes sold by the likes of newlook and primark etc. i hope he does not make his own expensive. You know how naija is…
I guess the clothes could be better.
See the perfect biz for 2013.

Dere’s smetin not jst right about Muna!! cnt jst lay my hands on it… she’s a lot finer dan dis abeg!!
She is really looking her age now. Fine woman all the same.
I don’t want those clothes Ewww
Dabota i got 3 words. for you………hot hot hot..kip repping Rivers chics okay…. we r proud of you…..muna is a beauty….. infact they r all are…………okbye
THE CLOTHES AND FITTING IS A GIVE AWAY,IT’S SIMPLY ‘LOW GRADE CHINA’ LOW.ANOTHER OSHODI IN A REFINED SHOP
munachi abii biko get rid of that hair, infact change ur whole style and forget rap music. you have always been beautiful, but you are looking older and you are losing your beauty by just being tacky and doing all the rubbish that you do in the name of entertainment and ur rap career. dabota looked the best in the pictures, muna looks like a – because of that hair and her eyebrows, and yolanda looks normal too. the clothes are not bad.
no thanks
I luv u yolanda! Think the gurls are all pretty! But the jackets all look so lagos island. There is no statement element to it
Hmmm… Here we go again… Re the comments on Muna, she’s a beauty but I think the hair (the colour and the state of it) is what’s “off” about her. Also looks like she’s gotten a bit fuller in the face, so that may be it too. Good to see Ouch! (I don’t like that name by the way – so uninspired) is doing well, branching out to female outfits too. I vaguely recall he started out with male outfits.
Their beauty pass OUCH! SEF.
Nijah dey blessed i swear,na the mentalo for govt be our problem.
Keep it comin, coz we are going places, with or without govt help.
Is it me or i just feel the Yolanda Okereke babe looks outta plcae in the pics?! *confused smiley*
I think that’s beacause 2 of the 3 ladies have similar skin tone, but it wld have been sooo ‘un-creative’ to have her at the centre. Beautiful ladies in all!
These outfits DO NOT cut it!!!! Extremely tacky…Dabota is stunning. lovely smile
Beauties.
Won’t buy any of these outfits,……….too lagos marketish. (˘̯˘ ) ( ˘˘̯)
Based on u guys comments i think ‘Ouch’ is the word to describe how they feel lol… but its true tho, regular clothes
Seriously! dont know why OUCH – Uche Nnaji should dabble into this? Your male brand is so regular and ordinary….nothing exciting and that has not be dealt with… now you dive into the Female brand! naaaaa.
for female brand, its not about going to china or turky to make cloths and shoes …… its about been creative, and from your shoot….its a capital NO, dont think you are ready .
Munachi is such a mama 40 sha…can’t put my hands on it but she just look like them Nike Oshinowo set
Is OUCH code for bend-down-boutique?
Atleast am noy disgusted by their skin…somewat decent.where do people buy their shoes in africa…hideous, geez
The outfits r mediocre….ooh well am out
The irony is that Yolanda and Dabota are nowhere near as pretty as these pix make them look and Muna is a lot prettier than these pix. The pix do not do Muna any justice .
U guys are all nut. Instead of u to tink of hw to mak ur own impact.u just castigate smones dream. Mak una dey there mak pant dey wear una. OUCH u re da bomb . Keep it up. The sky is da beginnin
Good yarn muyixx..Good yarn..
These clothes are hideous!!! What was he thinking?? Seriously they don’t even fit the models. Pls u can do beta.
maybe muyis is Ouch’s pa……its very glaring, the clothes are hideous!!!
Omw. These clothes are so not it. And what is that on Muna’s head. That color is not flattering on her. Very orangotan-ish
i dnt think the dresses are so amzing, expecially for your promo launch, OUCH cud have done beta, i know wats wrong with MUNA its the colour and she also added some extra pounds exp on the face, the darker taller lady is truly beautiful
cool pics! Dabota is looking so radiant
worisdis! next please *yawns*
razz, razz, razz. next!
Nothing interesting.
Why all the negetive vibes?
Girls will be girls and hiss at each other.
From a mans angle i like the mix of styles and colours.BIG TIME.
Its a nice fresh look joor. Dem try. Id def look2/3 times and appreciate the style and effort.
I close mouth. E MA BINU O.
Not hating or bringing down another man’s struggle but I think I’ll stick with my HM. The finishing and the material looks really poor. Or better still I’d go thrifting…I believe I will find better deals biko. OUCH..Go back to the drawing board, this is 2012!
Una dey see double? the jackets alone are by ouch not the entire outfits. The ladies looked good and nothing near tacky. if you don’t like the cut or fitting of the jackets, then fight ouch and stop all this haterade on fine girls.
lwkmd
These outfit are beautiful. The jackets are not so bad. I doubt the intention is to make them luxury wears. It’s supposed to be like forever 21 or something.
As for the girls you can’t abuse and all them tacky over something that was fitted by a stylist .thier job is to model the cloths put on them . All three have different looks that should appeal to different shapes and sizes of women.
In my opinion a little above average
Haters will always be haters!! Jobless and faceless gossips! Not bold enough to put your ugl* faces! Bad belle! Please get a life !! Yolanda Okereke…you rock girl! Proud of you…anyday anytime! Hawt chic! Your sense of style is simply top notch and I’m a great fan of yours! Love all your image stylist touch on the Nollywood actors n actresses! Keep up the fire….let the feathers be ruffled! Lol!
